Awesome Hotel Suite Experience!
spacious suite amazing view friendly staff
The suite was very spacious. I found amazing views right from the terrace. The staff was friendly. They always greeted us with a smile. The rooftop bar provided a bonus with views of the Royal Palace. The hotel felt very super clean and cozy, a huge plus for me.
Breakfast time got quite crowdy, and I think they need better food offers. I waited a while for a table. The gym only has two machines, and weights are limited.

Adequate stay with notable drawbacks
unkind staff limited selection
The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The breakfast service experienced overcrowding. Staff looked unkind. They were angry that I sat at a table before they prepared it. The gym offers a limited selection of only two machines.

the location was alright. it was acceptable.
The breakfast area was a bit of a mess. i waited a while for a table the staff was supposed to clean.. they seemed rather disorganized. the gym was quite small. It barely had any equipment.

The location allowed easy access to nearby parks. I found this very convenient. The staff provided helpful dinner recommendations. I really appreciated that service.

noisy elevator faulty air conditioning
the rooftop terrace had beautiful views.
the elevator made a lot of noise, it seemed unsafe. the air conditioning did not work correctly, i could not activate the winter mode.

rooftop lounge good size
I appreciated the rooftop lounge. It had great snacks, drinks and an amazing view of the Royal Palace. We loved the pool. The rooms were a good size, with a nice kitchen for a longer stay.
Breakfast time was crowded and the food offer was poor.
